Chairman & Founder
Roderick is a descendent from the Ngarrindjeri and Yatemetung Nations. He is a member of the Stolen Generation, and was forcibly removed from his family in 1962.
Roderick and his younger sister, Pauline McLeod, were separated from their family for 24 years and were reunited in 1986.
Director & CEO
Scott is a descendent from the Awabakal & Worimi Nations. He has been appointed a Director of the Indigenous Chamber of Commerce (NSWICC) and is a member of the ANZ Leadership Forum.
With 20 years’ experience, Scott now leads Nallawilli's day to day operations to deliver Triple Bottom Line objectives of First Nation Community returns and environmental stability.
Vic is a descendent from the Yatemetung and Bundjalung Nations.
He has over 25 years experience working in the building and development field, working with First Nation Communities. Vic is a keen advocate for real self determination within First Nation Communities.
